Cancellation Policy
Appointments canceled within 72 hours of appointment time will result in a 50% of service fee. Payment will be automatically charged to the card on file before another appointment can be scheduled.
No show appointments will result in a 100% of service charge. Payment will be automatically charged to the card on file. A no call-no show may result in a refusal of future services, I have the right to refuse service for any reason.
Email and text reminders will be communicated to you, there should be no confusion on appointment dates and times.
Studio Etiquette
Directions on how to find the salon, parking info as well as my phone number can be found in your square confirmation email.
Please wait outside and text me when you arrive, I will meet you at the entrance doors on Hassalo St. to let you into the building.
Face masks are optional while in the building and for the duration of the service. If you arrive wearing a face mask, I will happily do the same.
No guests or children may accompany you to your appointment.
This is a private, 1 on 1 studio salon experience, physical distancing is impossible. I am doing my part in keeping my clients safe and ask that clients do the same for myself and other clients. If you are experiencing cold or flu like symptoms, have been exposed to anyone who is or has tested positive for Covid-19 within 2 weeks prior to your appointment, please reschedule ASAP.
